The house may be steeped in history but the kitchen has all the mod-cons of the 21st century. Electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, cafetiere, kettle and all the pots and pans to cook the meals of your choice.

Kitchen at breakfast time

The grand salon has a large dining table, but no kitchen is complete without a table for a relaxed breakfast or chatting round whilst preparing supper.

Hob and appliances

All kitchen appliances are kept to a high standard, making preparing meals a pleasure.

Intergral dishwasher and fidge frezzer.

Stable door, lets in lots of light and air, whilst keeping the house secure for young children and pets.

The garden has a table with 4 chairs, sun longers and a charcoal BBQ.

Large modern shower with fixed and removable shower head, wash basin, toilet and washing machine.

Grand salon

The grand salon has been divided into various zones, a comfy seating area around the fire. Dining area with 6 chairs and cosy armchairs to relax whilst reading a couple of books. There is a good WIFI signage, enabling you to stream Netflix etc.

Next to the kitchen with the large dresser full of crockery and cooking equimpent you should find all you need to enjoy you favourite holiday meals.

Believed to date back to the 11th century, you can't miss the chimney, now fitted with an efficient wood burning stove.

Accessed by a flight of steps from your private garden, the wildflower meadow is steep and rugged. With a couple of carved out seating areas to enjoy the setting sun over the obligatory 'Apero' (Aperitif).

From the hill top location you can see for miles.

The chruch

Tranquil blue skys. (This is a village church, the bells ring from 7am to 10pm they are a pleasant comforting ring.)

The panorama changes every year, thanks to the famers and crop rotation.
